Cylinders belonging to EOX are manufactured according to international recognized standards of approved material and manufacturing processes.

TESTING AND INSPECTION

EOX cylinders are regularly inspected and undergone a scheduled testing program between 1 to 3 years to ensure the cylinders are safe to use.

CYLINDER IDENTIFICATION

Cylinders from EOX are painted to Malaysian standard MS 1023 to identify gases contained in the cylinders to help customer to differentiate one gas from another.

CYLINDER LABEL

Every EOX cylinder is labelled with the name of gas, volume, and the gas hazard information.

SAFETY FEATURES IN CYLINDER VALVE

The valves of combustible and non-combustible gases have different threads to prevent the interchange of fitting between cylinders. The valve outlet of oxygen, nitrogen, argon and compressed air are threaded in a clockwise direction whereas for acetylene and hydrogen, they are threaded in an anti-clockwise direction.
