Cylinders supplied by EOX remain the property of EOX for the sole use of the customer who shall not resell or loan it. The customer shall be solely responsible for the safe custody and proper use of EOX cylinders. Any loss or damage, particularly by fire, must be reported to EOX promptly.

Customer's responsibilities include the following: -

• Any cylinder damaged or cylinder lost will be charged to the Customer at the rate fixed by EOX from time to time

• Verify and check the quantity delivered or/and returned stated on the delivery order before acknowledgement

• Verify and check our rental invoice

• Practise empty for full transaction

• Conduct monthly stock count and reconcile against EOX rental invoice

• Inform supplier immediately if there is any dispute on cylinder record

• DA cylinder should be transported, stored and used upright
